1. What is the estimated delivery time for Print books?

   There are two different categories of print books:

   1. For normal books:

      Unless it is a public holiday, we will dispatch the books on the same day itself.

      • Within India: It will take 3-5 business days (excluding public holidays) to be delivered to you.
      • Outside India: It will take 3 - 4 weeks to reach your destination.

   2. For Print on Demand books:

      Within India: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 business days to reach your destination (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

      Outside India: It will take 5 - 7 weeks to reach your destination.

      Due to bad weather conditions or other unexpected challenges, delivery times by our logistics partner may vary. If it takes longer, you can contact us at books@vikatan.com to inquire about the latest status of your order.

2. What are Print on Demand books?

   “Print on Demand” or POD Books means that these books are not currently kept in stock. Instead, we will only send them for printing after you have placed an order. To put it simply, the books are exclusively printed for you. Therefore, it will take a longer time to be delivered to you. The book will be dispatched after we have received the copy from the printer.

3. What is the mode of Delivery for Print books?

   We send all of our orders through Professional courier or Indian Postal Service.

4. How can I track the status of my order?

   You can track the order status in the My orders tab.

5. Is it mandatory to create an account in Books.vikatan.com?

   Yes, you have to make an account on Books.vikatan.com. With your account, you can buy print or digital books on our website. You can also see your order history and read your ebooks anytime by logging in with your account.

6. What is My Account?

   ‘My Account’ is the place where you can view all aspects of your Vikatan account in one place:

   • You can update your profile details.
   • You can check Vikatan subscription status.
   • Ebook and audiobook order details are available.
   • Vikatan coins details are accessible.
   • You can also change your password.

7. How to purchase books on books.vikatan.com?

   For Print books:

   1. Please login using your email address or phone number

   2. Choose the book you want to order and click the “Add to Cart” button.

   3. Now, you can choose the “Proceed to buy” option or the “Buy now” option.

   4. Once you have checked the cart details, you will be redirected to the Address page where you have to update the Delivery address.

   5. Delivery charges will be applied based on your location.

   6. Once you have added the address, choose the “Place an Order” button and make a payment.

   7. After it is done, you will receive Order details and also a confirmation email.

8. How can I read my ebooks?

   Once you have made a payment, You can read the ebooks on both our Android and iOS apps. Go to ‘My Library’ to see all the ebooks you have purchased and download the ebook you want to read.

9. What are the payment modes?

   All popular payment methods are available. You can make a payment via UPI, wallets, debit/credit cards, or net banking.

10. What are the other ways to purchase Vikatan books?

    You can purchase our books through Money Order/DD payment methods, inclusive of book charges and postal fees. The postal charge is ₹20 for each book. Please send your Money Order/DD to the following address:

11. What is the Cancellation Policy?

    There is no cancellation option for books once they have been dispatched.
